Answer:- There is no provision for a man to be a CM for a single day. Any state can’t function without a proper institution. As a CM, he similarly relies on his council to make decisions and manage. A single day is insufficient to approve legislation, as all laws must be applied in a specific order.

Question:- 9 A teacher was making preparations for a mock parliament. She called two students to act as leaders of two political parties. She gave them an option: Each one could choose to have a majority either in the mock Lok Sabha or in the mock Rajya Sabha. If this choice was given to you, which one would you choose and why?

Answer:- Because the Lok Sabha is more powerful than the Rajya Sabha, I would prefer to have a majority there.

If neither house passes a bill, the final decision is made in a joint session in which members of both houses sit together, but because the Lok Sabha has a larger number of members, the Lok Sabha’s viewpoint is more likely to prevail.

On addition, the Lok Sabha has expanded its powers in financial matters. The Rajya Sabha cannot reject the government’s budget or any other money-related law passed by the Lok Sabha.

The Lok Sabha, above all, has jurisdiction over the Council of Ministers. The Council of Ministers must resign if a majority of members of the Lok Sabha vote against it, although the Rajya Sabha does not have this ability.
