2. It lives in forest but also prisoned in some zoo and circus.
3. It is known as the king of the forest because of its ferocious appearance.
4. It is a carnivores animal.
5. Its huge head and neck covered with hair called mane looks very graceful.
6. It has strong body, a large head, and two glowing eyes which give a fearless look to it.
7. Its roar can be heard from upto 8 Kms away.
8. It spends around 16 to 20 hours per day resting and sleeping.
9. It has brilliant hunting abilities.
10. It has very sharp teeth and claws which help it eating its prey.
